| From an early age, Sarah has pursued a love of buildings and design. She started drawing floor plans when she was only eight years old, prompting her dad to buy her a drafting table to explore. She went on to study architecture, historic preservation, and architectural history and theory in college, and began to invest in and develop her own real estate projects. Sarah has accrued wide-ranging experience in real estate, including the negotiation of short sales, contract assignments, single-family restoration, multi-family apartment building acquisition and management, negotiation of private financing contracts, infill redevelopment analysis and condominium conversions. She owns and manages several investment properties in the heart of Seattle’s classic neighborhoods.
