MISSION STATEMENT: Wilson Realty Exchange has been in business since 1978. Bob Wilson, owner/broker of Wilson Realty Exchange, started in the real estate business in 1969 and was a successful real estate agent for 10 years. For about five years during that period, he managed a large real estate firm with over 40 agents. Bob understood the long term value of real estate, and by the time he formed Wilson Realty Exchange, he and his wife owned numerous real estate properties. He could have retired then as a young and successful real estate investor. But, he was on a mission! His goal was to educate and train his associates to help clients build a plan to be successful whether it’s through buying a first home or investing in multiple properties.
OWNERSHIP: Isn’t it interesting that the majority of real estate agents, at best, own only their own home? Bob set out to train the agents in his office the concept of real estate as a “commodity”. Every agent at Wilson Realty owns multiple properties. Many of Bob’s agents and clients are now retired or well on their way because of his ideas and leadership. How does that benefit you? It is our belief that in order to truly understand real estate, our agents must have the experience of being both buyers and sellers for themselves – in all kinds of market conditions. When we work with our clients, our agents have firsthand experience in making informed decisions in buying, selling and/or managing real estate investments.
KNOWLEDGE: What truly gives a house value? Is it price only – or is it square feet, style and layout, or is it location? We study these questions and are trained to assist you in finding the best possible property with the best possible value to fulfill your goals. We work extremely hard at finding those real estate “nuggets” with hidden value. We do the same kind of analysis when we help clients sell their properties in order to maximize their property’s potential.
EXPERIENCE: At Wilson Realty we study history, market trends, where change is occurring, loan products, etc. We are constantly digging underneath the surface to better understand current conditions. Within the office, we have agents who specialize in virtually every facet of the market.
