I have been living in a Wilson Realty Exchange rental property for about 2.5 years—and it has been one of my best rental experiences in Seattle. While we don’t see our property manager much (not a complaint), they have always been prompt to respond to our needs, and generally excellent to deal with. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to patiently work with us while we had a difficult roommate situation. I would absolutely recommend Wilson Realty Exchange—and will continue to live on their property as long as I can.
